Gretchen Roufs
Marketing and Public Relations
Frequently Asked Questions
(Everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask)
How do you pronounce your last name?
Just like you would pronounce the plural version of a roof of a house.
How do you charge for your services?
Typically, by the hour.
Why is your company certified as a "woman-owned small business"?
The  company qualifies, under the criteria set forth by the South Central Texas
Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) as a small, woman-owned business in
the categories of  public relations, marketing, and copy writing.  This is important
to some clients, e.g. government entities and government contractors who are
committed to doing business with small and/or woman-owned businesses.

I consider my relationships with clients confidential, unless I do work for clients in a
public forum (e.g  when I work for magazines or at clients' events).
It's a long story.    I'll tell you when I see you.
